My work as a massage therapist is rooted in curiosity, precision, and respect for the body’s ability to change. With over 15 years of experience and a long-standing career at the Omni Mount Washington Spa, my approach has evolved well beyond routine relaxation work into a thoughtful, results-driven practice.
I specialize in trigger point therapy for the shoulder and hip–thigh–knee regions, using techniques influenced by Thai massage. This style blends sustained pressure, movement, and structural awareness to address chronic pain patterns, postural strain, and restricted mobility. Sessions are both therapeutic and deeply attentive, tailored to how your body presents—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
I completed my degree in Manual Osteopathy in 2015 and continue to study advanced “medical massage” techniques with the belief that learning never stops. Whether working with long-term pain, injury recovery, or deeply held tension, my focus is on listening to the body and meeting it where it is.
Clients often describe my work as intentional, thorough, and effective—designed not just to feel good in the moment, but to create lasting change.
